Heavy Moss infestation and blocked gutters on our semi needed sorting out and Artisan made a brilliant job of completing the work. On site Mark worked professionally at all times, keeping us informed of progress, clearing up as he went and respecting our neighbours on either side. The one problem we had with the scaffolding was resolved with the intervention of Rob in the office who ensured that not only was all sorted before Christmas but that any extra costs were born by Artisan.
