When I reached out to customer support for clarification, I received a curt reply stating they had "informed me twice" that the delivery would be sooner than I intended. It turns out that during the checkout process, you must specifically select the pricier option to set a delivery date, rather than accepting the default which overrides your chosen date. Aside from the website issues, the product itself is nothing remarkable. Most items can be found at various local grocery stores—there's nothing particularly unique or artisan about it. While it offers convenient branding options and allows for a variety of products in one hamper without the need to shop around, this experience will definitely be my last.
