If you're considering placing an order with this company, exercise caution regarding your delivery options during Christmas! I scheduled my order for December 23rd, but due to their checkout defaulting to a faster delivery date, it arrived at the start of December. When I reached out to customer support for clarification, I received a curt reply stating they had "informed me twice" that the delivery would be sooner than I intended. It turns out that during the checkout process, you must specifically select the pricier option to set a delivery date, rather than accepting the default which overrides your chosen date. Aside from the website issues, the product itself is nothing remarkable. Most items can be found at various local grocery stores—there's nothing particularly unique or artisan about it. While it offers convenient branding options and allows for a variety of products in one hamper without the need to shop around, this experience will definitely be my last.
This service provided a variety of products that I knew would suit the recipient. I was looking for wine, chutneys, and chocolate instead of cheese and the usual holiday items, and found everything I needed. The company was very quick to resolve an address error, which I greatly appreciated. Communication was excellent. I was kept updated on the hamper's progress, and it was delivered as requested.
The recipient loved the appearance of the hamper. It was my mistake to send it a month before Christmas, but hopefully, she’ll still enjoy it then! I purchased five this year after gifting one to my sister's family last year, which was very well received.
