I placed an order for my art and after five weeks, I received a photo of the finished piece along with a request for confirmation before shipping. I was shocked by the image... it appeared so basic and lacked all the details that were displayed on the website. It was very poorly executed and far too simplistic. Nothing like the examples provided. All the intricate details were absent. It doesn't resemble the art I ordered at all. I'm very disappointed. Now I'm left waiting to see if and how they will address this issue.
