I placed an order for my art and after five weeks, I received a photo of the finished piece along with a request for confirmation before shipping. I was shocked by the image... it appeared so basic and lacked all the details that were displayed on the website. It was very poorly executed and far too simplistic. Nothing like the examples provided. All the intricate details were absent. It doesn't resemble the art I ordered at all. I'm very disappointed. Now I'm left waiting to see if and how they will address this issue.

Ordering was straightforward. I received consistent follow-up. My painting arrived promptly, and the delivery driver reached out to me immediately when he noticed I wasn’t home to receive it. I coordinated with him to leave it with my neighbor.
The company has outstanding customer service. They send an email with a photo of your painting prior to shipping for your approval. If you aren't completely satisfied with the painting, they will work with you to make it right. I will definitely order from them again in the future:-)
