Absolute nightmare dealing with this company.Continuously moved the goalposts while trying to agree a contract. Was told to pay deposit to secure unit as they will agree to my contract terms. As soon as they received my deposit, everything went downhill. I no longer will be moving in to the space and still haven’t received my deposit back.Now I’ve been told that there is a 30 working day policy for refunded deposits. No information of this on website, neither terms and conditions. I contacted finance, operations, resolutions department, and have been given the run around by every single department.Absolutely sickening Avoid at all costs
