I never received my order placed on November 8. I had USPS trace the tracking number, which didn't match my package or address. Their site claims it was delivered, but after numerous emails, I received the same response. I suspect this service is a scam. Do not order from them.

Long wait for delivery

It took nearly 2.5 months to receive my two paints. By the time they arrived, I couldn't start painting immediately. Unfortunately, all my paints were either dried out or missing. I ordered in January 2025 and received them in May 2025.

This product does not match the description or images. It arrived rolled up instead of on a wood-framed canvas as shown. The paint is dry and nearly unusable. Please don’t waste your money on this!
