I received an immediate response when I submitted my request foe digitization. It was less that 15 minutes for a quote on the job. I was so busy I did not have the time to watch the clock. Started playing with design on my machine to see how it would stitch out. While the font has individual string knots, the image was limited.
I wanted two pictures digitized so asked for a quote. Response to my request was quick and I felt the price quoted was fair. I love the PES files I received. I was especially impressed with the dogs’ eyes and their fur. Beautiful. I will use this group again. Very happy
