I had a horrible experience with this packaging service. I ordered 200 pieces for my business at the end of November. After two phone calls and several emails to inquire about my order, I still have not received any response or explanation. Now it’s January, and my order is still not here! I suggest avoiding this service!
This has been the most frustrating experience I've had with any packaging service. I ordered 200 pieces for my business at the end of November. Despite calling them twice and sending numerous emails to check on my order, I have yet to receive any response or clarification. Now that it's January, my order is still missing! I strongly advise staying away from this service!
I ordered the wrong size and needed to return it. The representative was incredibly helpful, even arranging the courier for the return as it was more cost-effective for her. She also managed my refund efficiently. Exceptional service; I would definitely use this service again.
I placed an order on December 2nd, and now it's the 11th with no communication from them. No updates on my order, nothing! I emailed them and received no response. The only correspondence was the order confirmation email. The account on their website doesn’t provide any useful information on order tracking or updates. I’m left wondering if the item I purchased is out of stock or if I should look elsewhere. Very unhappy with the lack of communication!
