Review Time
On December 8th, I made a purchase for a Rotary joint from the service. The following day, I received an email indicating that my order was expected to ship by 12/22/2025. However, on January 6th, after not hearing anything from the service, I called and spoke with a representative who did not provide her name. After placing me on hold, she informed me that my order wouldn’t ship until May. I expressed my concern over the lack of communication regarding this change. Her response was dismissive, stating that the warehouse had notified me and her, which I found unclear. I pointed out that the only email I received was on 12/9, confirming a ship date of 12/22. She replied, "I am not going to go back and forth with you," with no apology or acknowledgment of my concerns. When I requested a refund, her reaction was again quite rude, simply saying, "ok have a nice day," and when I asked for confirmation of the refund, she said no. I then requested to speak to a manager or supervisor, but she disconnected the call. Since then, all my calls have gone to voicemail with no follow-up. This company has taken over $2000 from me without providing a refund or any updates. Extremely disappointing service.

Placed an order on August 20, but after multiple emails and calls with no response, I finally reached someone on November 4. They promised a discount but then said they couldn't deliver without notifying us, causing issues with the end user.
