However, the information I received was contradictory and confusing. The tracking link indicated the shipment was coming from one location, while I was repeatedly told it was being shipped from another. When I requested clarification or supporting documents, I received no clear responses. The communication was very aggravating. Instead of receiving clear updates, I was often told to “be patient,” even after I explained that I had a strict travel deadline. This urgent situation was completely overlooked. Even basic shipping details were not communicated properly, with the order status on their website still showing “getting ready to be shipped” while I was being told it was already dispatched. This inconsistency highlights a significant lack of process and customer care. To make matters worse, the responsibility for follow-up fell entirely on me. I had to pursue the seller and the courier and escalate matters repeatedly just to gain basic clarity. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for international orders where accurate shipping information is essential. I strongly advise against using this seller for anyone who values clear communication and dependable service.
