This has been an incredibly frustrating online shopping experience. I ordered a painting from a seller and was consistently informed that my order had already been shipped. However, the information I received was contradictory and confusing. The tracking link indicated the shipment was coming from one location, while I was repeatedly told it was being shipped from another. When I requested clarification or supporting documents, I received no clear responses. The communication was very aggravating. Instead of receiving clear updates, I was often told to “be patient,” even after I explained that I had a strict travel deadline. This urgent situation was completely overlooked. Even basic shipping details were not communicated properly, with the order status on their website still showing “getting ready to be shipped” while I was being told it was already dispatched. This inconsistency highlights a significant lack of process and customer care. To make matters worse, the responsibility for follow-up fell entirely on me. I had to pursue the seller and the courier and escalate matters repeatedly just to gain basic clarity. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for international orders where accurate shipping information is essential. I strongly advise against using this seller for anyone who values clear communication and dependable service.

The two paintings I received are stunning and exceed my expectations based on the online images. Unfortunately, they were damaged during shipping when the tube they were in was crushed. I hope follow-up will identify when the damage occurred and steps are taken to prevent this handler in the future. My frames and non-reflective glass fortunately conceal the scratches to the extent that only close scrutiny reveals them. I feel very fortunate.
Once again, I’m completely satisfied with every aspect of my painting and frame purchase. From selection to shipping, I’ve found this seller to be a reliable source of beautiful art. I am a repeat customer, and even when I needed to adjust a submitted order (my mistake), it arrived exactly as I needed.
The team was friendly and shipped the thangka on the expected day to fit my schedule. The thangka arrived in just three days (to France), very well wrapped, and most importantly, the painting is truly beautiful, even more so than what the website pictures show. Thank you!
