My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating. I ordered clothes for my daughter for Christmas, but the sizes were incorrect. They refuse to issue refunds, claiming they print to order, yet they allow exchanges for more prints, which makes no sense. Their email responses are quite rude, and customer service is virtually nonexistent. I deeply regret purchasing from them. I advise against using this site, as the quality of the items is also very poor and not worth the price.
