I ordered a T-shirt and contacted support due to a delivery delay. It took longer than expected to arrive. They claimed they couldn't issue a refund because it had already shipped, yet the shipping date was recorded later. The T-shirt is just okay, but the print quality is lacking. I probably won't buy again.
