Very unresponsive on technical problems. Artspan does very little for exposure for artists, next to nothing in fact. Everything is done within their website. They don't do social media. When there is a billing problem or technical issue (which is pretty common) they are slow to respond and not friendly. Their customer service is pretty bad. I had multiple repetitive problems with getting my domain name connected to Artspan. (It never did work) They were not helpful, even though I was paying for their top tier most expensive service. Their website is also quite clumsy and not as user friendly as it should be. I would not recommend them to artists at this time.Edited to add this quote from Artspan's response: " It is easy for visitors to find work they like." That sums it up. They do not work for artists, they work for the buyer. They are buyer-centric. Artist think they will be promoted, but very few are. It seems random who is. They take the money from the artist and do very little promotion. I have never even seen my work in the AS marketplace in 12 months time, despite paying Artspan over $30 a month.
