The saleman Brian was lovely, but he never informed me that once my website was set up, nobody in their right mind would be buying anything from the UK as the international shipping costs would be too extortionate. The website I purchased ready for the set up ended in ‘co.uk and the IT helper never mentioned a thing during my 2nd meeting. It wasn’t until I went live, and my friends tried to order my Art that they had to inform me it was totally impossible. I then tried to order myself a tote bag for myself only to discover the bag cost $23 the shipping was $38!
So in my next meeting I addressed the issue only to be informed I would have to find my OWN printers in the UK. I went back to Brian who said I would ‘simply’ have to ask someone in their facebook community, strange, I wasn’t even shown how to join this private group, but the prospect of finding my own printers was one thing, but the task of setting up the prices for every individual size and type of print sent me into overdrive. I then became quite angry as Brian said ‘yes we can fulfil deliveries to the UK’ but in reality this isn’t true at all. When I asked for a refund all phone calls stopped and emails ceased. Until they find their own UK printers, I would not buy this product if you reside in the UK. It’s been very stressful to say the least. They also knew I was just starting out, and I was sick, now my illness is worse due to the stress caused. I bought their product to remove the stress of a website build, their moto is ‘sit back and we’ll do the rest’ apparently this is not quite true, unless I move to America.
