I purchased a poster and frame, excited to receive my order. Unfortunately, the frame color (green) was not as displayed online and appeared very cheap. When I requested a return label or price reduction, there was no customer service. They only offered a voucher for their site—very disappointing. The website seemed professional, and for those prices, I expected better service. I won’t shop here again. Update: After being told to reach out for a solution, the only option was still the voucher, which I am not interested in. I’m left wondering why I was encouraged to contact them again.
