Poor Quality Products

The print (on standard paper) and the frame (plastic, not glass, flimsy) were both of low quality. I would have been better off printing it myself and buying a frame separately. I can't recommend this as it feels like a rip-off!

Disappointed with Quality and Service

I purchased a poster and frame, excited to receive my order. Unfortunately, the frame color (green) was not as displayed online and appeared very cheap. When I requested a return label or price reduction, there was no customer service. They only offered a voucher for their site—very disappointing. The website seemed professional, and for those prices, I expected better service. I won’t shop here again. Update: After being told to reach out for a solution, the only option was still the voucher, which I am not interested in. I’m left wondering why I was encouraged to contact them again.

Expensive Return Shipping in Sweden

Home Printer Quality

I'm quite disappointed with this purchase. What I received were not posters but basic sheets of paper with simple prints—something I could have easily done at home. The ink rubs off, and the overall quality is shockingly poor. For the price, this is unacceptable. I expected a professional print, not something resembling a home printout.

Lack of Tracking Information and Poor Delivery Experience

I received no tracking information for 7 days. After multiple inquiries with customer support, I learned that they only deliver to lockers and my package was an hour's walk from my address. This was a terrible experience. I’ve never had to walk 4 km to collect a package from any online store before. They offered no solution except to refuse the package and incur a 6.95€ shipping charge.
