I received no tracking information for 7 days. After multiple inquiries with customer support, I learned that they only deliver to lockers and my package was an hour's walk from my address. This was a terrible experience. I’ve never had to walk 4 km to collect a package from any online store before. They offered no solution except to refuse the package and incur a 6.95€ shipping charge.
