I ordered a wooden frame 70x100, first it arrived separately from te poster. Which led to an intense hunt, finally got a respond, it turns out they send them separately. I never got the tracking link. When it finally arrived It was broken, the glass was completely shattered. I contacted them again and they replied with apologies and were going to send another one. I have been waiting a month, so after multiple messages I finally got a reply telling me my packages was delivered, very far away, a week ago and it will be sent back today. how this could happen, I don't know. After all a terrible experience and I will never order here again.
