I ordered 3 prints and one of them was unfortunately a bit dirty/had a smudge on it that could be seen under direct light. I contacted their Customer support and received a swift response that they would send me a new one right away. Very happy with the way they handled this. Overall, the print quality is really good and I would order from them again.
