I brought my car in for a scheduled tyre replacement. Even though I arrived on time, the rude receptionist, who seemed to have a problem with the service, informed me that it would take 3-4 hours to even start on my car. Faced with the option of waiting in an uncomfortable location with no facilities, I decided to take my car elsewhere and pay for the tyres myself. The company's response was non-existent, and I couldn't reach anyone by phone except for bookings.
