Steer clear of this platform. It feels like a total scam. I found them through social media and ordered two pairs of shoes, but after waiting three weeks, I received the wrong sizes. I followed their email instructions to reach out multiple times, but I got no response whatsoever!
Like many other reviews, this is a scam. I’ve received no replies to my emails. The product is completely different from the picture and of very poor quality. I tried to find them on social media but their page is gone, and they reappeared under a different name.
If it were possible, I would give no stars! The experience was terrible; the items looked nothing like the pictures, the quality was appalling, and the sizing was all wrong! There’s no way to return anything, and I’ve received no responses at all. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
The customer service is shocking! DO NOT USE! I’ve sent over 12 emails in a week, including messages through social media, with no response regarding returning and refunding the poor-quality items I received. Delivery took over a month, and now this company has ignored all my messages—extremely poor service; I would not recommend it at all!
This is a scam. They took my order but didn’t send a confirmation or order number, making it hard to contact them. I requested a returns label but got no response. The items were ridiculous and looked nothing like the website photos, with such poor quality that they should be ashamed to sell them. I recommend avoiding this website; I’ve lost £108 on worthless items.
