Overall positive, with some aspects better than others. The strengths included the overall design after adjusting some radiator sizes, the heat pump and hot water tank system, and the diligence of the installers. The standout was the customer operations advisor, who consistently addressed my inquiries promptly and thoroughly. On the downside, there was a lack of proper handover, and I'm facing an ongoing issue with the heat pump not utilizing existing solar and battery power to lower costs.
I highly recommend this representative! They displayed a wonderful attitude, kindness, and went above and beyond. When there was uncertainty about which pipes to keep exposed, they promptly joined a video call and even visited the site to offer additional support. It was a true pleasure to work together—professional, supportive, and an outstanding individual.
Impressed by how quick and efficient everything was. I received daily updates on progress, and the installation was completed in just over three days. The installer was very knowledgeable. While I'm not thrilled with the radiators, the system works well, and my home is warm and comfortable.
