The insurance payout via check takes an additional 15–20 working days, which is excessive and not clearly documented upfront. This lack of transparency around timelines only adds to customer frustration.Getting updates requires constant chasing, and communication is inconsistent and unhelpful.To make matters worse, when I decided to cancel my coverage due to this poor experience, I was charged a cancellation fee that was never clearly disclosed as part of the initial agreement or coverage terms. This felt unfair and misleading.Overall, based on my experience, ARW Home falls short on transparency, responsiveness, and customer care. I would strongly advise potential customers to carefully review the fine print and be prepared for delays if they ever need to file a claim.
