Holy moly. It is taking forever to resolve an issue. I was delivered a pair that was not in a pristine condition. I was offered 2 resolution options, one of which was a return for a refund. I choose the refund. Then, no response for a week. I write again. They right back a few days stating that "as previously discussed, a refund cant happened but they can offer a 10% off".im so sick of this, its been going on for months. im thinking of opening a case with my credit csrd company tomorrow. do better with your client please.
