I cannot recommend this service at all. The unexpected auto-renewal charge I received was over three times the introductory price, which is far beyond my budget. While some may argue I should have anticipated this, such a drastic increase without any prior notice shows poor business practices and erodes trust in the company. Additionally, the quality of the classes is lacking, with minimal guidance on proper form and unclear targeting of muscle groups, making it unsuitable for beginners.
