DO NOT SIGN UP! Horrific company, they sneakily set you up for auto renewals, they do not notify you of when you are due for renewal and how much it will cost and just steal your money. Ive come across a number of reviews like this so it's obviously working like a dream for this company. Disgusting

You'll find yourself charged unexpectedly, only to be informed that refunds are not possible due to their policy on automatically renewing memberships, even after being on "pause". It seems I'm not the only one facing this issue, and it's incredibly frustrating and quite disappointing. The amounts involved are not insignificant, around $100 CAD. Disappointing.

Additionally, the quality of the classes is lacking, with minimal guidance on proper form and unclear targeting of muscle groups, making it unsuitable for beginners.
I would not recommend this app to anyone. The workouts are subpar, and dealing with the company is frustrating. Their customer service is unhelpful, and I regret spending my money on them. Avoid this app, as they will take more from you than you intend to give.
