I am very unhappy as I wanted to cancel my subscription, which I hadn't used. Unfortunately, I missed the cancellation deadline, and the company took over £100 from my account without consent and refused to issue a refund. I had a reminder set, but they charged me earlier than expected. I understand I should have canceled sooner, but it's unacceptable for companies to charge for services I don’t want and then deny refunds. The customer service is poor, and I will advise others to avoid this company.
