This service fails to communicate about subscription renewals at all. You'll find yourself charged unexpectedly, only to be informed that refunds are not possible due to their policy on automatically renewing memberships, even after being on "pause". It seems I'm not the only one facing this issue, and it's incredibly frustrating and quite disappointing. The amounts involved are not insignificant, around $100 CAD. Disappointing.
