Nothing but praises for ASAP Utilities. I have been using ASAP Utilities for many years now perhaps 10+ years and have seen it evolve from great in its earlier versions to its current absolutely fabulous V9.The Utility has a great UI/UX and is very fast in its execution even when tackling tens of thousands of rows of data.It has saved me immeasurable number of hours and has earned me many a “how did you get that done so fast!” Kudos. ASAP Utility team has been consistently adding new utilities which are very useful.Highly recommend this utility to be a mainstay in any company’s efficiency creating toolkit available to all staff using Excel in their day to day work.
I have been using ASAP Utilities for at least 20 years, both personally and professionally. ASAP is an invaluable tool for all the cleanup tasks that help make my spreadsheets consistent and uniform in presentation. I'd give it six stars if I could.
It easily and quickly handles every tedious task you hate doing with simple clicks. Import, export, and combine many files from a folder in to tabs or in a single tab with the ability to include a source column to see the combined data and each files data based on the source. Transform, clean, document, the options you have are almost endless. Add an index tab with clickable links automatically with the click of a button, create named tabs based on 1 or more cell values, clean web data, you just have to see for your self. I can't possibly list all of the tools that this one add-in offers you in a clean, organized, and searchable menu that blends seamlessly with the other Excel menu tabs. All of that with a great price and updates. And, did I mention you can install with or without admin rights. I can't even remember how many years I have been using this great product. Do yourself a favor and check it out, you too will love it.
The software is excellent and I have used it since version 3. This turned into an upgrade from the previous version and while I understand that requires an upgrade purchase, the process was not perfect: it would have been nice if the site has retained a record of my license. I thought I had already purchased an upgrade but could find no record.Not a real problem as the software is very well priced and easily worth it to me.
