Completely unacceptable customer service.

Completely unacceptable customer service. Everything was fine until an issue arose, and then it became a nightmare due to the agents' incompetence. The team is located in a different country, leading to a language barrier, and many struggled to understand, requiring me to repeat myself multiple times. The problem remains unresolved, and my refund has still not been processed after 7 working days, which is supposedly the maximum timeframe. I highly doubt I will receive my refund. If you are in charge of the company, it's crucial to improve customer service, as many others are experiencing similar problems.

Completely unacceptable customer support. Everything was fine until an issue arose, and then it became a nightmare due to the agents' incompetence. The support team is located overseas, which created a language barrier, and I had to repeat myself multiple times. The issue remains unresolved, and my refund has still not been received after the maximum timeframe of 7 working days. I seriously doubt I will ever see my refund. If the leadership of the company is aware, they need to take action regarding the customer support, as many others seem to be facing similar problems.

Spent over an hour trying to reach someone...

Spent over an hour trying to reach someone, so I resorted to the automated service. It was completely ineffective. I requested to speak with a human but was informed there was a queue for that. Last year, the customer support was exceptional. It feels like they have taken on too much. Very disappointed.

Exceptional assistance from a representative

I spoke with a representative today who was outstanding and resolved the issue of activating my new SIM that I had struggled with for hours. In just a few minutes, the representative efficiently handled everything, demonstrating professionalism and friendliness while providing excellent service. Thank you!

Awful, awful experience

Awful, awful experience. Please don't make the same mistake I did by switching to this service. I regret my decision, as I now have no working SIM while abroad and cannot access any data. They have ruined my vacation and keep assuring me it will be resolved today. It has been five days with no progress. Just false promises. AVOID.

STEER CLEAR

Still unsure if this is a scam. I was unable to activate my SIM, so I called and after 15 minutes they agreed to send a new one. A week later, I called again and spent 10 minutes while the operator checked my account, only to be cut off (I was not rude at all). A few days later, I called again and was left on hold for another 10 minutes. I've given up. It probably cost me more to call than my initial payment. STEER CLEAR; it's just not worth it. Frustrating!

Poor service, data issues

I switched to this service as I was regularly disconnected from the data network with my previous provider, even with ample data remaining. For months, everything was fine, but since the merger, I'm facing similar issues. Despite having 22GB left of my 100GB plan, I've been cut off from the data network. I find this behavior unacceptable and may cancel all my plans to rely solely on Wi-Fi moving forward. I'm tired of being mistreated by companies. It feels like they are all out for a quick profit these days.
