We were referred to this facility by our regular vet as they felt the surgical center could better handle our dogs lipoma removal due to its size and location. We made an appointment for a consultation and met Dr. Infernuso who we came to learn is the owner of the facility. Dr. Infernus was exceptionally kind, caring, understanding, and very patient in explaining to us what was to be done, the risks and concerns and then very open to take time to answer all the questions that we had. During the procedure, the staff kept us updated and truly showed their caring value as they knew we were nervous. Once the operation was complete, Dr Infernuso called us and explained everything that occurred (the procedure was just as expected and explained during the consultation). The staff later called as well to check in and we’re super helpful in handling our Pet Insurance claims. Shout out to Lisa who is fantastic!Having to take your loved one to a surgical center is nerve-racking and scary but the level of service rendered in my opinion is superb and I would 100% recommend them to anyone with these type of needs.
