I have now made seven bookings, but six have been cancelled, often with less than a day's notice. This happened again today. These appointments were spread across two different locations and involved two different therapists over several months, so this isn't just a matter of bad luck. Previously, when I raised this issue, the response from the service was that my comments were forwarded to the customer support team, who claimed to have contacted me to confirm my next booking. While I appreciate the current location, if this is the best effort being made, I'm honestly at a loss for words... I'm astonished.
