I came to Ascenti via my vitality, I had an issue with my ankle which had been bothering me for years. I met with Sonali Suresh who diagnosed the issue straight away and set me off with a programme, she monitored my progress very thoroughly and explained everything in plain simple to understand terminology, her reassurance and patience was brilliant, doing exactly as Sonali asked me too, I no longer have Achilles pain, my ankle is better than I can ever remember and my knee pain is on the mend. I'm not stiff anymore and my confidence is through the roof. I have noticed strength and muscle mass has.come back to my leg that hasn't been there for years.

Evangelos Nomikos was amazing, got right to the issue and a detailed physio plan for recovery that flew by. Clear and great explanations of whats happend, how to fix it and close monotoring over the appointments. Very personable and a fantasitc manor. Couldnt recomend highly enough, hopefully i wont see you again, but if i need treatment in the future you will be my first call.
Heemanshi is fabulous. She listened intently to all my concerns and developed a highly effective regimen for me to become even stronger and more stable on my injured foot than on my healthy foot. As a ballet dancer with hypermobility, I really value her ability to understand my goals (which are different from most people’s) and the attention to which she paid to the details of my mobility. I am back to dancing en pointe after an old injury kept me from dancing!
I was referred to Ascenti for physiotherapy on my left knee. Sonali Suresh was my Physiotherapist at the Coventry Clinic. Sonali is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She has helped me to understand how I can manage and minimise my knee pain by giving me exercises to help strengthen my knee. After 5 sessions my knee is feeling better than it has in years! I will continue with all the exercises that she has shown me as they have really helped. Thank you Sonali for all your help and support.
I have been seeing a therapist for the past three months regarding a shoulder problem. The therapist has been incredibly friendly and always scheduled appointments at convenient times for me. They provided excellent guidance on the right exercises to address my issue. I received exercise plans through the app and PDFs via email. I am very satisfied with the service received.
I have now made seven bookings, but six have been cancelled, often with less than a day's notice. This happened again today. These appointments were spread across two different locations and involved two different therapists over several months, so this isn't just a matter of bad luck. Previously, when I raised this issue, the response from the service was that my comments were forwarded to the customer support team, who claimed to have contacted me to confirm my next booking. While I appreciate the current location, if this is the best effort being made, I'm honestly at a loss for words... I'm astonished.
I was dealing with a tennis elbow issue and attended physiotherapy sessions at a local clinic. The therapist provided effective exercises that alleviated my pain and ensured I was improving my weightlifting abilities. I highly recommend this clinic for physiotherapy.
The representative was fantastic. She provided valuable advice and exercises, customizing my treatment to accommodate pain levels and other injuries. The massages were highly effective as well, and her approach was genuinely pleasant.

An appointment was cancelled, and when I attempted to rebook, I couldn't do it myself and had to call for assistance, spending over an hour in the queue. After rebooking, the program code I received seems to be invalid. I reached out to the support team more than 10 days ago and have yet to receive a response.
