Order confusion and delays.

I decided to use the service because of a promotional offer. The website is easy to navigate, but creating an account was pointless. I wanted to create a keepsake for my children of their mother, who is seriously ill. Unfortunately, I faced issues logging in and tracking my order. I received a notification that my order was ready for collection, but upon arriving, I found out the frames were not included. The staff member was helpful, but I still had to leave my items behind for framing, which means I’ll need to make another trip. Overall, I rate the service 3 stars due to the complications.

Order issues and lack of communication.

This is the third time my order hasn't arrived, and it doesn't show in my account despite email confirmations. I contacted customer service but received no response. The website needs improvements, as orders don't display accurately. I was advised that only open orders show, which defeats the purpose of having an account. Additionally, the one order that did arrive was poorly packaged, resulting in damage.

Disappointing film development.

It took 2.5 weeks instead of the promised 7 days. My negatives are missing, and the developing quality was poor. I can't redo the work elsewhere as my negatives were not returned. This was meant for a client's wedding, and it’s a huge letdown. I won't return.

I ordered 26 photos for collection, but only a few printed before an error occurred, canceling the rest. The system wouldn't accept my code again, and customer support hours were inconvenient. I had to pay again for the same photos, which was frustrating.
