I decided to use the service because of a promotional offer. The website is easy to navigate, but creating an account was pointless. I wanted to create a keepsake for my children of their mother, who is seriously ill. Unfortunately, I faced issues logging in and tracking my order. I received a notification that my order was ready for collection, but upon arriving, I found out the frames were not included. The staff member was helpful, but I still had to leave my items behind for framing, which means I’ll need to make another trip. Overall, I rate the service 3 stars due to the complications.
