Dear Asda, please don’t reel me in with rollback prices on your website that aren’t applicable in store or honoured when they scan at the till at a different price even with a roll back ticket on the shelf. I don’t want to shop on line just to get the price that is shown on your website. Call me old fashioned I just want to pay the same price you have trumpeted on your website, in store. You had my custom because of your website and I had to travel to you as you are not my usual supermarket. I won’t be bothering again, sorry you disappointed me so!
