Worst customer service support over their phone. Rang the first time regarding my order as my account is showing order has taken payment gone through and my basket is empty but no confirmation or order number. Rang customer service 30 minutes waiting got through explained but the guy kept saying my phone is breaking up yet he’s answering me ( yeah you are breaking up)then went silent and hung up. So I rang again another 30 minutes same thing again kept singing you are breaking up breaking up. Funny part is as soon as he hung up, someone else rang me selling solar panels and I wasn’t breaking up 🤨
I am traumatized by asda,i walked into asda just trying to get my shopping and there was a big monster looking thing like the demogorgon from stranger things anyway everyone one was eaten alive and i had to run to call an ambulance and everyone got rushed to hospital but they

I bought cookie dough ice cream thinking it would loook like the packaging and taste like cookie dough, but instead it was just vanilla ice cream with little clups of hard, overlee sweet cookie dough. I was not happy with this as i was convinced it would taste somewhat like cookie dough at least. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
The products were not delivered at all. No one called me. I wasted 2,5 hours waiting for your driver. Finally I had to call your call center to find out what had happened. The money I paid for shopping 1 day before delivery has not been paid back to my bank account. Third day the Asda account shows that my delivery is on its way. Hard to believe. Unbolievable. Unacceptable. I will never order anything at Asda anymore. I will never do shopping there. There was no conntact from your side, no call, no email. No apologies. The only infirmation I received when I called Asda was that the driver could not find my address and finished work.
Absolute crap customer service. Asda sold my parents two Amazon gift cards totalling £100 which were Christmas presents for us. Only just opened them to find the code gouged out. Turns out some fraud had occurred and the code was used the day after. Obviously someone had taken the code waited for someone to put money on it and then stolen it.
Asda initially fobbed us to Amazon who told us to go back to Asda as it was there problem. Only for the Plymouth UK Asda store manager to fob my parents off. Absolutely pathetic, the in store staff claimed this happened before. Honestly the store manager is scum. They've basically diddled my parents out of 100 pounds and told them to screw off. If this has happened before they should have recalled all the gift cards and checked them but apparently they could not give a crap.
All I can say is either don't shop there and definitely don't buy any prepaid cards there because their internal fraud controls are evidently pathetic along with their managers.
Worst packing in the world. Asda literally ship £100+ Lego sets in a grey plastic bag. Utterly disgraceful and unacceptable. I will never purchase from asda again. Shipping Lego sets in plastic bags clearly shows what they think of their customers, they don't give a toss about you or I. I won't be getting my groceries here anymore either. Why on earth would one not ship Lego in a sturdy box.
The produce from Asda is so poor it is unbelievable, for example the cucumber is not much bigger then a rocket lolly, bananas are no bigger then a Richmond sausage. This as been happening for months now.
I will never shop at Asda again.
What is the point of offering online shopping if you can’t deliver the goods?
I ordered the Asda Valentine Deal along with my normal shop and was very very disappointed to have my starter, mains, and a side order changed . Especially to things I didn’t like. Even more so the side was my potatoes and was changed to the veg…..which I already has (so ended up with 2 of those) I sent the whole “deal” back. Very disappointed. Every week something is replaced now. Also the Asda Rewards scheme is very poor now, I have deleted it. I have earned nothing since Christmas and that with having an online shopping close to £100 every week. I shall be trying other supermarkets from now on
Parking at ASDA is not directly managed by ASDA but they can help if there is an issue with the parking payment. In my case they refused to help despite me showing an evidence that I tried to pay but the payment machine doubled the number plate letters and I paid the wrong amount. I straight away realised that there was an issue and wanted to correct it but it was already 2 hours and the machine didn't allow me to do that. I went inside Crawley ASDA at the helpdesk to ask for help but this woman told me that she cant help. Later I found out that she actually could have helped - if she wanted. But she didnt maybe because she heard my foreign accent.
Anyway, I had to pay the fine to Parkingeye despite being able to provide all the proofs to POPLA.
Will never ever shop at ASDA again, there are plenty of other supermarkets where I can park.
Asda rewards scheme is a waste of time. Spent over £100 and got 0.74p "reward". Doesn't help that in-store wifi is so weak you have a job loading onto phone.
Much better value at Tesco & Sainsburys where you actually get money off various products for having one of their rewards cards.
Also Iceland does 10% off for pensioners who have a Bonus Card every Tuesday.
I used to shop at Asda most weeks but now very infrequent as it is too expensive compared with others.
