Worst place, worst customer service, and worst company ever. I am so disappointed. I respectfully asked to see a manager regarding a gift card issue and was told they were all 'too busy'—even though I was informed there are seven managers on duty. Despite this, nobody came down to address my problem. I have been trying to resolve this with both corporate customer service and the store for over a month, and yet no one will help me. I’m at a loss for what to do next.
