My experience has been awful; I'm still owed over £15 from September. When I contacted customer service, they were rude and refused to let me speak to a manager, even providing me with the wrong email. I'm done with this service due to short expiration dates, lack of delivery updates, and overall poor support, despite the decent drivers. I can prove I haven't received the refund they claimed was processed, and I will escalate this issue.
