On a positive note, the delivery drivers in our area are exceptional—always courteous and willing to help. There are also some great special offers available, like meals for two. The refund process is relatively quick, especially compared to other online platforms. Weekday discounts on the delivery pass are another positive aspect. Hopefully, future projects will enhance the delivery service as promised. However, customer service across all online platforms leaves much to be desired.
I observed that the price of mince pies in the store has risen from approximately £1.35 to £1.61, which is a 29p increase. Additionally, there are only 4 pies in the package now instead of 6. This year, a pie costs about 40p, an increase of 18p each. I will not be purchasing their mince pies this year and will be more vigilant about checking prices moving forward. What used to be a consumer-friendly store seems to have changed significantly, and now I find myself less inclined to shop there.

The company is refusing my refund based on a location pin suggesting my order was delivered. I've provided video footage as evidence, yet they still deny it. The address confusion is understandable, given that multiple apartments share the same pin. I need this resolved immediately, as my evidence is more reliable than their claims.
My experience has been awful; I'm still owed over £15 from September. When I contacted customer service, they were rude and refused to let me speak to a manager, even providing me with the wrong email. I'm done with this service due to short expiration dates, lack of delivery updates, and overall poor support, despite the decent drivers.
