First time ever shopped online at ASDA , and will be the last , they substituted stuff but got the email after the lovely delivery driver brought stuff in and unloaded onto my kitchen surface , due to a hand op .Called 0800 952 0101 @ 7.50 this morning to ask for a refund , was not rude , did not swear , (that’s not my style) or anything like that , was a bit ticked off, told her could not do a refund online as system was blowing a raspberry at me and that needed her to do it , she couldn’t do it, as it not on her system , (but it’s in mine), told her that wasn’t good enough , and whilst I was still talking to her , she hung up! HOW VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE , would give no stars if I could , now cannot get refund, for stuff didn’t want .
