I had a flat tyre and there was a mix-up with the booking date for mobile service. It was impossible to get it changed by contacting the local fitter or the support team, so I ended up cancelling and rebooking. I'm waiting for a refund. I received an email from the fitter confirming the new appointment, but the service had not scheduled a mobile fitting. The fitter said it was the company's fault, and I need to sort it out with them. I've submitted a ticket, and while the local fitter offered assistance, I'm not confident this will be resolved soon. Update on January 16: the fitter came and did a good job, suggesting I only needed one tyre instead of two. The manager helped me partially cancel my order, and now I'm waiting for a refund for the three tyres. I hope it all ends well, but next time I’ll deal directly with the fitter to avoid this hassle.
