Bought 4 tyres and fitting online and opted for a mobile fitters. The tyre fitter that ASDA offered didn’t turn up. They claimed they were on holiday, I had to make arrangements on the day to ensure I was in and nobody turned up or called me. When I raised a ticket with ASDA they didn’t seem to care or offer a remedy. Their customer services were happy to cancel my order wasting a week of waiting for my tyres to be changed and nothing happening, be very wary of using ASDA tyres, they couldn’t care less about you.
Shambolic. Venue isn’t a tyre fitting centre. Just a fenced off yard with the work being done out of a van. Late arrival of staff, when the work started 4 tyres to be replaced taken 2 hours.
Appointment online was for 5 then rescheduled to 8pm. I was told the margins are so small they wouldn’t come out to do the work. Even though it’s clearly a mobile service. Never again

The manager helped me partially cancel my order, and now I'm waiting for a refund for the three tyres. I hope it all ends well, but next time I’ll deal directly with the fitter to avoid this hassle.
The support from the company was among the worst I've experienced. I ordered four tyres to be delivered in 2-3 days, but over two weeks, I received three deliveries of just one tyre each. I contacted customer support multiple times through their chat with no response, sent five emails without reply, and called their help line numerous times over five weeks with no assistance. I repeatedly requested a manager to call me back, but no one did. After seven weeks, I cancelled the last item and requested a refund, which I am still awaiting. It seems that once there's an issue, they simply ignore it. Proceed with caution!

I wanted a refund, but they kept asking if I wanted to wait for the tyres. After all the trouble, I reiterated that I wanted a refund. If you're considering using this service, be aware of the numerous similar reviews and avoid them unless you’re okay with poor service.
