I ordered tyres on two separate occasions in the last month, and in both cases, the fitters had no booking on their systems, even though they had the tyres. The company hides behind terms and conditions claiming delays, but these delays could stretch for days. Their complaints handlers are unsympathetic and lack authority to make amends for their poor service. I won't be using them again.
