They do not take any responsibility for their vendors’ substandard service. I booked a tyre change through them and the vendor (Twickenham Tyre) lost one of the wheel bolts and one tyre was losing air. Natures should’ve acted responsibly and taken them accountable but they did not. I had to make five trips to the garage and the tyres are still not fixed.
