Absolute worst shipping company. We are an online retailer that sells all over the world. First of all, their tracking system is very bad. You can't track any progress. But most importantly, they failed to deliver in 3 weeks all of our 30 packages that we wanted to send to customers inside Europe. About 10% of the packages are lost or stolen. TL;DR: DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!

You won't see a delivery driver or postal worker in an Asendia uniform because we handle the first part of the delivery process; getting the parcel from the retailer's warehouse overseas to your country. Our local customs broker and delivery partner handles the rest within your country.
WHO DELIVERS YOUR PARCEL TO YOUR DOOR OR COLLECTION POINT?
It will either be your local postal service, a delivery specialist in your country, or a well known courier company that handles the final-mile delivery. So although you may not have heard of Asendia, you will most likely know the delivery company bringing the parcel to your door or collection point.
