If I could rate them lower, I certainly would. I am baffled by how they remain in business. I called to get an updated tracking number for a package headed to the US. All they could tell me was that it had been dispatched, but they had no information on who it was sent to or when, only that it was passed along. This leaves me with no way to locate the package, and they seem completely unaware of its whereabouts. My customer is missing a Christmas gift that cannot be replaced. The level of indifference and lack of support is shocking. I strongly recommend avoiding this service. It would be wise for the platform to reconsider their association with this company given the numerous refunds being issued as a result.
I had a very disappointing experience with this service. My son won't receive two of his Christmas gifts because our packages were 'lost.' Packages that arrive quickly from Europe take an unreasonably long time from the US. They seem to get stuck in various hubs before being handed over to this service, which is largely automated. When I try to escalate my inquiries, I receive no helpful responses.
