it doesn't have the option for zero stars or else I would choose that. The worst company ever. I have ordered packages that were signed to this company three times and in all three I had problems. for the first one the package just had a month delay. in the second they lost my package and after many written forms they magically found it after two months. then, the last one and the one I anticipated the most they lost it completely. They send it to another city in my country and then I tracked the parcel and it said failed delivery, in another city mind you. I message the company that I ordered the clothes from and they said that asendia signed that the package was delivered. That's insane and im furious

    WHAT DO WE DO?
    You won't see a delivery driver or postal worker in an Asendia uniform because we handle the first part of the delivery process; getting the parcel from the retailer's warehouse overseas to your country. Our local customs broker and delivery partner handles the rest within your country.

    WHO DELIVERS YOUR PARCEL TO YOUR DOOR OR COLLECTION POINT?
    It will either be your local postal service, a delivery specialist in your country, or a well known courier company that handles the final-mile delivery. So although you may not have heard of Asendia, you will most likely know the delivery company bringing the parcel to your door or collection point.
